It's useful to absorb sweat when wearing. So it can be wore under helmet while driving. Suitable for both men and women.

It's a little larger for my head since my head is a little smaller than others', so it leaves a slightly flappy, loose bit on the top, but that's ok with me as it allows my head to breathe under my bicycle helmet. Fabric quality is very average, but it's quick drying, and has helped keep my helmet clean. Doesn't create any rash or discomfort, so I'm happy with it.

This cap is nice in quality. It has good elastic around the edges that almost covers ears also. Good to wear inside of the helmet. Good in winter season to wear it.
