Not for women or youth boots.
These are mislabeled. These are not for women/youth. My wife wears a 8.5 womens and there is no way to make these work on her boots. I wear a size 12 and they fit my boots.

Loose fit for women’s boots
Good quality. I wear size 9 womens boot. The spurs are a little wide for my Ariat boot and don’t fit snug. Just didn’t fit like I hoped.
