ZAPTmens Zapt2748 tactical pants

I've never spent a hundred bucks on a pair of pants in my life and I admit to some reluctance in doing so on these. But I decided to take a chance and I'm glad I did. The materials and workmanship are high quality, and the design is well thought out. I wore them around the farm for a few days doing chores and trying to find all the pockets. They came out of the washing machine still looking brand new. I thought I was ordering an OD green color, but the Kangaroo turned out to be a dark khaki or dark earth color, more brown than green, which was just as good to me. The knee pad pockets appear in the picture to be some kind of vinyl or rubber coated but mine are made of very heavy nylon canvas which may or may not be waterproof but certainly look very abrasion resistant. I intend to cut two kneepads out of an old military issue foam sleeping pad which will provide a moisture barrier. There are two front thigh pockets accessible through vertical heavy zippers but the slides should be reversed so that when closed, they will be at the bottom instead of the top. This will prevent any unintentional downward movement of the slides which could result in accidental opening and loss of pocket contents. I like the belt loops which are wide enough for me to wear a heavy West German duty belt. They will not accept a US issue pistol belt. The cuffs come with drawstring ties like BDU's but are just a little short for my legs. After some standing and kneeling, they work their way out of my boot tops which irritates me. I will probably sew some elastic stirrups on the cuffs like I did on my BDU's when I was on active duty to prevent this. All these points are minor, however. I very much like these pants and might order a second pair in a different color even though I don't believe I will ever wear this pair out. They would be excellent for police SWAT teams, paramedics, outdoorsmen, search and rescue or anyone who spends time in the outdoors.

We are on a self performing timber framing company. Rafter monkeys as we’re commonly called. We do a lot of hopping around and heavy lifting work. Sometimes it’s couple stories below… MOST times it’s hundreds of feet in the air. But this is a pretty good product durable pants affordability & price nobody likes climbing up or down ladders or dropping anything and plenty of Pockets. no complaints. And we don’t hand out compliments LIGHTLY good pants worth every penny

My jeans usually wear a waist circumference of 36. The size L in the product description indicates 36-39 inches. The received shorts have a waist circumference of more than 40 inches. They slide directly from my butt. I have to return it. The second time I choose the size M. The waist circumference is actually only 35 inches.The product itself is of good quality. But it is quite a headache about the accuracy of the size. It is impossible to choose an accurate one. I really like the design of the shorts. But the size problem makes me unable to have it.Looking forward to improvement. Because I want to buy trousers too

I bought these shorts for my fiancé for his birthday & he absolutely loves them!! The material is a really nice quality! I would definitely buy them again

Got these for my husband who is in roofing sales and is a marine veteran who knows his tactical gear. He can easily and comfortably carry and access everything he needs for a roof inspection in the pockets and on the molle webbing. He says when he tried these pants on, all of his other cargo shorts threw themselves in the trash, out of respect. Will definitely be purchasing all the colors.
