Taken with Schiff 21 Grain Lecithin to take the cholesterol out of our bodies along with normal waste, skin cells, etc. This too has been taken since 70's and a pretty good combo for us. Always check with your doctor before starting supplements. Some doctors are negative regarding same. Try them out in small quantity, but if in you 20's - 40's, be careful not to take after your lunch whether a.m. or p.m., as you will be up way past when you want to be. I recently was turned on to the Source of Life Tablets by a co-worker. He took the full sized ones, not the mini tabs though. After trying some of them, I was amazed at how I felt after taking them, but was not impressed with the size of them. I had a lot of difficulty swallowing them. After looking around on amazon, I came across the mini tab versions, and have to say they are perfect for me.Of course you have to take double the amount due to the size of them compared to the originals, but these give me personally a great amount of energy plus they help me add a little more to my diet (which unfortunately is very lacking, yet I am improving.) The energy is the main thing for me, as I do work a very stressful and "on-the-go" type of job. Taking these mid morning and I'm usually go to go the rest of the day. So as for myself, I can not recommend these enough to anyone that is looking for this type of product, and maybe not happy with ones like One A Day and such.

Twice I have turned to these vitamins out of desperation from recurring sickness. The first time was when my first child was born. The second time just two years ago (I am now 55) was when I was trying to get into a regular routine at the gym. At least once a month I would get sick with a nasty cold or cough or both, and it was hard to get into a good gym routine as a result. I was very careful, washed my hands at the gym, never touched any part of my face, mouth, nose with my hands, etc., but I kept getting sick anyway.So I bought the vitamins for the first time in 20 or so years, and presto change-o I stopped getting sick. I got into a daily routine in the gym for 2 straight years as a result.I like these because they don't upset my stomach, and because for whatever reason, they work so well for me.Whether it's the formula or the placebo affect, I have no idea. I have tried other vitamins (Emergen-C for example) that never seemed to make any difference at all ... so ... yeah ... your mileage may vary.

I’ve been using these vitamins for a while and used to buy them from a store. Now I get them from Amazon for the convenience. They give me great energy and even help with my hair thickness and skin. They are also easy to swallow.

This vitamin has too much iron for my senior body. I will make sure next time to buy the one without the iron. This brand of vitamins is really good. I have taken them for about a year and can feel the difference in my energy levels.
