Defective New Microwave.
The rotation motor does not work. The Samsung technician who came to install it examined it.I do not want any repairs to be carried out. I want a new replacement in place of this defective piece.I have been asked to report this to Amazon.

Pros and cons
Clean look. Automatic 30s increment is very good. But the need to reset the power all the way to 800is annoying. And the keys are so dark an older person has to grope around to find the right one to press. But for the cost it is ok.
