Excellent product to take with Vit C
Rutin is more important then people realize, Almost all the Vit C today is madetotally chemically pure, it does not have the natural bioflavoids that would go withi=t as if you ate vegetables that have vitamin C and bioflavoids in them. I have wondered for years,why, if I took just plain vitamin C, I actually got bleeding gums, which Vitamin C issupposed to prevent!! - As that is a deficiency symptom!!.Then I happened to read about that C needs rutin for the strength of the blood vesselsand capillaries to prevent bleeding gums and nosebleeds! Took a long time. Now I take Rutinwith my Vit C and have no problems :)

These work well!
The smaller veins were breaking in my hands, and were very painful, my Mom's chiropractor suggested rutin... IT WORKS VERY WELL, and I can tell when I missed !

These made me extremely nauseous, even with splitting the pill in half.
Just a heads up I tried these a couple months ago and had some nausea; I didn't put two and two together until I took one this weekend to try to start them again and within an hour I was throwing it back up... I must be sensitive as I don't see this has happened to anyone else. Won't be trying again. I was going to try them for a capillaritis rash.
