The overall design is amazing. Graphics will blow you away. Awesome computer , really please I want with this model.

This computer was working well for a while but then all of a sudden the charging with go on and off sporadically while plugged in. Opened a case with Acer but did not send in because needed to use computer, problem got progressively worse and battery is 100% dead now I guess causing serious issues in screen and especially while gaming. Acer will not provide a solution other than "Flat rate of $699 to repair...." what??? Even though its not a few months out of warranty I'd expect Acer to help as I've seen this is a legitimate issue for many people. Especially because I opened the case prior to warranty I'd hope they can help me. But offering this $699 to repair it is ludacris and now this computer is garbage.

Pretty fast and powerfull laptop but got blue screen alot had it for 3weeks and had to factory reset and update bios and still couldn't get rid of the blue screens. Its a $1200 laptop i dont have time to struggle with stuff like that. I would say try n different brand than acer.
