Received in Amazon package and part was inside a box made for the part. Of course "made in china" was stamped on the box. But what isn't these days. Anywho the part match the item we were replacing. Installed the part and it actuated the Aircon/heat mixture door just like the failed part. Only recommendations is to make the door and the temperature switch is in the correct location. Do this by starting the engine turning on the Aircon and manually by hand move the door. Place the door in the Aircon position and the temp switch to cold. Then install the part. Installed a couple days ago and no issue so far.

Over rotated and broke coupling for door. These cheap actuators are like Russian roulette. This one could not find itself to work properly. Replaced with one from a commercial parts house----all good now!

This actuator will not work, it fits in place and everything but it over rotates so it will break your blend door bushing and/or your actual blend door. I do not recommend for a 2nd gen Ram.

It over rotates and then it gets stuck and will not move.

Work as it should now I got coold air when I need it and hot air when I need it here in Mississippi one day we are hot and the other cool and that fix it for me
