I really like this roller. I’ve used it both cold and warm to help reduce pain from shin splints. I wish I had this 4 knee surgeries ago because it’s a great addition to my at-home recovery plan. Massaging a shin splint is miserable enough, but this roller is comfortable to hold. I’ve even used it to relax muscle knots in my back. It’s sturdy and well made. I recommend it if you need a little bit more from a muscle roller. Side note: I have seen a lot of reviews about damage from cold or heat. Just use your head. I’ve left this in the freezer to freeze solid and never damaged my skin cells. Like we’ve all read in the past, don’t ice for long periods of time. Same concept here, I roll for 30 seconds then stop for 15 and just repeat the process. Also, so long as you don’t leave this in boiling water for a long time, it won’t burn you. I really wonder if some reviews are paid naysayers. It’s not rocket science, it’s just a roller.

I am surprised at how beneficial and useful this product is. Additionally it’s easy to use. It freezes amazingly cold and you when you place it on your scan it is not shocking. It gets into the nooks and crannies of my neck and injured knees And soothes the ache

It looks glass in the photo but it's actually metal.It gets really cold if in the freezer so need to watch it when holding it to massage you'll freeze you're hand lolAs a sufferer with scoliosis and arthritis in my spine I've tried lots of things,I've learned cold 🥶 works best for me. This product is very decent and keeps the cold very well. I've shown it to my physical therapist and she even said it seemed like a good product where you can apply the pressure you feel you need instead of one setting. It's very nice and durable for the price I'd definitely buy it again 😀

Like many people I now work from home on a computer all day. Due to the mouse work I developed a case of tendonitis in my shoulder. I tried multiple things, medications, ice packs, heat etc. I got some relief but not much. I used this handy roller which applied the cold to the exact area I needed. It worked really well and I got significant pain relief after two days. I'm a physician and am thrilled with this product. Keeping it in the door of my freezer for now and can pop it out and use on sore areas. I highly recommend!!!!

My physical therapist recommended cryotherapy (a fancy word for icing) for my tennis elbow and jacked up forearm. After looking around, I chose to order this cold roller as I imagine having a handle would be easier to grip than those balls with clunky round case. I am not sure if the other rollers make a lot of clanking noises but this product was quiet to use and has a nice weight to it. I did not have to apply a lot of force to get good pressure when rolling. I roll for approximately 5 minutes per area. It has helped my pain.

I was actually surprised at how helpful and easy this is. Doesn’t need to be in the fridge or anything just stays cold. It is great for my joints! Especially my jaw

It is easy to hold and easy to use. But not much pain relief. But it did give comfort to my leg. At least I was trying something else except ice packs.
