No weird flavors, like a milder version of brown sugar
This is great for baking with, and doesn't have the weird aftertaste I detect with things that have monk fruit in them, nor does it have a cooling effect. Nothing is "exactly like" sugar, and people who say they are are kidding themselves or haven't had real sugar in a long time, but this is just fine as far as I'm concerned, and the cookies please my sugar-loving child as well. I also made a chicken teriyaki sauce with it recently, swapping it in for brown sugar, and that was a big hit.

Best sugar substitute
Worth the price! No one can tell my baked goods aren’t made with real sugar.

Delicious but expensive
This stuff is delicious, but expensive. Please note that this is extremely harmful to dogs. Do not let the furry ones ingest this.

Brown Bicha Sweet 👎🏻
Malísimo demora en llegar no es bocha es golden Erythritol que es más económico en otras marcas en mi opinión este producto es una estafa

Tastes just like the real thing
This product is expensive, but it tastes just like the real thing. We will keep buying. It is cheaper direct from the distributer but by the time you add shipping, Amazon is a better deal.

Best sugar substitute for baking
This is the best sugar substitute available that i have found so far! Bakes and tastes like sugar, does not crystalize. Its expensive, but the texture and taste are worth it.

Grainy result
This product does not melt and caramelize like the granular and Powdered Bocha Sweet. Instead of using the normal granular Bocha Sweet in this product, they extract an Erythritol from the Kabocha pumpkin instead. Why? I can't tell you because the result is less than good. I followed their Supreme Pumpkin Pie recipe which uses this new brown sugar product, and the resulting filling came out very grainy. It tasted OK, but the texture was all wrong. Also, I'm a diabetic and my blood sugar began to shoot up after eating just the filling (no crust, or pecans) from the pie. Mind you, the filling has both granular Bocha Sweet and the Bocha Sweet Brown. I don't know if only 1 or both caused my blood sugar to go up.
