Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, i used the product at the initial days of purchase as I was suffering from back pain, but after few months I required it again for foot pain, as soon as I tried using the product, it could not start, tried multiple ways but could not. Reached out to the company Customer service of beat XP according to them they only provide replacement or repair for 18 months, I do understand replacement do have limited time period but atleast get it repaired, I am ready to bare the cost but atleast help to repair the product but NO they declined upfront, its just been 20 months I have this product which is not reliable nor recommendable others to buy.Think before buying, it’s not reliable!!
