Product is good but bad quality adaptor
Godrej cameras are really good. They have clear view and are easy to use. But they come with a very poor quality adaptor. They just don't work.

Piece of Junk
This camera worked for 2 days and then it didn't connect to its server, All the apps are up to date, mobile runs on the latest iOS, but the camera will not work, I contacted customer care, on given on the Product Packaging, The representatives this is not Camera department, will forward your call, after 3 forwards 1 guy askes details and says I have reset and it will work. and guess what, this Junk still doesn't work, I contacted customer support again and they say, to pay 700 for a service guy to visit your place for a product that is less than 1 month old. I will recommend you to look for some other reputed brands. Don't waste your time and money on this camera.

Good product but bad after sales service
Product is good. But it's very difficult to get through service center. I have been using this product for the last 6 months now. But suddenly the app is not allowing me to login and giving me a timeout message. I tried to contact the call centre multiple times. No response. Best they do is recieve the call and disconnect after sometime....

DO NOT BUY
One star for the design and build. The rest is not worth it at all. The app is buggy and takes a long time to display the video. Also it doesn’t allow continuous viewing.After a minute or so it goes into sleep mode and the video stops, you have to manually tap on continue viewing. Just doesn’t make sense. We use it as a camera to keep an eye on our child and this sleep mode makes it useless. No option to turn it off as well.Godrej if you’re listening. Please update your app.

A good experience
Great product for home use indoor and outdoor. Clarity is adequate, voice and mic are clearly audible, but night vision is not available. App features are very conenient.

Over all a ok camera but 2 problems1. takes 2 minutes to start everytime.2. has a fish eye lens ,so everything seems round around the camera.i will buy a Tap0 camera again but not this one even its more miney nd is chinese.will not connect...defect..have thrown it away.
