OMG I can’t describe how delicious and lush this sauce is. I love it. I’ve got a sweet tooth, and would say this is quite a sweetish, sticky rich thick sauce…..very similar to hoisin sauce for crispy aromatic duck pancakes that you get at a Chinese, but slightly sweeter. It’s got an underlining sort of burnt toffee taste to it. It’s really really nice…..well I think so. I stumbled across it at a friends house when we went round to theirs for a Chinese takeaway night, and have been buying it every since. I’ve never found it in a supermarket, so get it on Amazon (where I go for everything I can’t find anywhere else). It’s good value and keeps for a long time too..delicious in stir fry’s or on chicken wraps or to dip your prawn crackers in to. Very tasty and very moreish. I bought the two small bottles by accident. I tend to buy the bigger 600ml bottle on here as its better value and works out cheaper. I LOVE IT…. 😃

It is a nice sauce to add to a stir fry

Versatile and will add another level of flavor to any sauce. Works nice to thicken up thinner sauces.

I looked for ketsup manis after having some in a Simply Cook recipe. This is great to add to stir fry sauces to give them an extra boost or just to put onto stir fry rice to make it extra tasty. I buy it regularly from Amazon.

Kecap Manis (sweet soy sauce) is often difficult to find in a supermarket and can involve going to a specialist shop. I wanted some for the stir-fry sauce I often make. (Search Glug of Oil Quorn Chinese style for the recipe.)This is just what it should be and relatively good value. I recommend for oriental cooking.

I use this a lot for my cooking and would really recommend it it has a great flavour and a multitude of cooking uses for different sauces
