Worst Product ever brought through Amazon
The hard disc given was literally 12 years old. The whole product was waste. The hard disc wasn’t working . Constant sound from the power supply.Highly recommend Amazon executives to take action on such waste display and selling of faulty products on your esteemed website and help the buyers to have safe space for entrusted shopping experience

Perfectly fine product
The package of camera, Hard disk, DRV etc are good. No issue in product quality.Video quality in day and night is good.Got package at half price compared to local market price.We took help from local technician for installation, no extra material was needed.Negative reviews are seems from local sellers to damage product image.

Hard disk not working and no responce from the Comapny
The system could not be installed for 3 months and thereafter, when it was installed the Hard Disk was making some noise and not working.We attempted to contact the Helpline on the Box, the Seller as well as the manufacturer, but we were onl being driven from pillar to post, each one shirking their responsibility.We will have no option but to take the Manufacturer, Seller as well as Amazon to Consumer Court for supplying a defective product and not even replacing or solving the issue.
