Love it! I admired my stylists hair and she showed me she used one of these to get the look. She showed me how to to it. I like that this one gets up to 450 degrees. The first one I bought didn't get hot enough for my hair. I like how it comes apart and has the barrel option. Great for travel. I like that it came with the glove. I have burned myself when I thought I didn't need it. I find it works best for me to use it upside down. Like when the button my thumb is on is under the hair not on top. Then I don't get the crease in my hair from the edge of the crimper. It takes a little practice if, like me, you haven't used one. But it was worth it. It's makes pretty waves left down, or with a pinned up back or half up. I have gotten many compliments. Fun new for me styles. Im in my 50s and I also like that the it works with the clamp like a curling iron, not like a hair straightener. My hair straightener hurts my wrists. Just a little note for other older girls with wrist issues. If you want one and are trying to figure out which one to get! I liked this one so well I bought another for a house in another state. I have thin, frizzy hair. My husband calls it muppet hair. Anyways, this iron helps me solve that problem. I love the soft curls and waves I get, plus the added volume. No odd smells from it, and the temp control is amazing- since my hair is on the thinner side and I don't want to fry it! The barrel has remained smooth and shiny, not burning any of hair products to itself. I love all the little bag it comes with!I'm not sure what the "heat resistance" part of the review stars is for, maybe the glove? If so, the glove works fine. I usually just carefully use my iron without it.

So far as good the curlers get really hot curls where poppin easy to change price is fair I recommend

Purchased this for a gift and they were very excited. Tried to get it to work and the wand is not connecting correctly with the attachments. Will glitch with a flash of "off" but cannot get to work nor can we get a hold of any customer service. Would have passed on this.

It is a heavy piece of equipment for a person with rheumatoid arthritis. Didn’t work for me and I have returned it.

I only used the crimps and they were amazing. They got hot really fast and worked very well. Some plp said that they were heavy, but they weren’t for me. I feel like it’s a good buy with a great price.

Had this product less than 1 year, and I am now having issues with it heating up. It will power on, but if I try to increase the temperature more than 2 clicks, I get an ERR. The 3rd try it started to heat up, but when I came back to it, it was off. Issue is with larger curling iron. Can't even use that attachment anymore. Smaller attachment works better, slight issues with turning on.

I received my package and I was stunned. I didn't have high expectations but when I opened it I was shook! It was not only a beautiful color and so pretty, it had no missing or broken parts and it works LIKE AN EXPENSIVE ONE! Thank you!
