Quick and sturdy
Excellent mount system if your helmet doesn’t have a smooth mounting area near your chin for an adhesive mount and you want that pov look. The straps are long enough to wrap around securely and hold well even at highway speeds.

Good enough. Probably will do what you want.
Pretty fair for what it is. Can't complain does the job. Wouldn't mind having some more flex and better strap system.

Perfect For My Osmo A4
I bought the brand "Chin Mount" for my A4 but after 6 months the mount fell off. The tape separated from the mount not my helmet so I know it was not an install error on my part.I needed a replacement but thought to go a different route than tape on mounts. This mount fits the bill perfect! No need for a specific mount for my helmet. This can be moved from helmet to helmet. The Velcro holds the mount with camera very securely. Easily removed for cleaning or whatever.I will never again trust a $500 camera with $.002 of tape!Great mount and no worries about my camera falling off again.

Works great but
Easy to use, sturdy and holds my Dji Osmo action 3/4 in the correct position. Only gripe was, if you have a chin curtain in your helmet, the straps will fold your chin curtain and will make some wind noise, otherwise works well!

Cannot fully close face shield, and interferes with chin vent
I tried this with my Arai Regent-X helmet. I cannot close the face shield fully. I can click it on one side with pressure, but the other remains cracked open. The pressure also leaves a mark or depression on the little rubber that runs along the edge of the face shield opening. One also has to mount this so it fits under the chin vent, which is just under the face shield. You can do it, but because of the V shape of the straps, they travel over the left and right edges of that vent and interfere with open/close operation while riding. It's unsafe to be distracted while riding, fussing with one's vent. They should have made the straps thinner, where it runs over the bottom edge of the face shield, so the field's closure is unimpeded. And as a result, it could be widened to maintain strength. Also the velcro portion is thicker, understandably, but should only exist on the outside of the helmet, to allow for thinner straps going under the face shield. My solution instead will be to buy a 3M adhesive based chin mount, which will not interfere with either my face shield or chin vent. It will be affixed below the vent, lower on the chin. They can be used with a safety tether which also adheres to the helmet. But instead I will use a neck lanyard that will clip to a safety tether, tethered to my action cam. If it falls, it drops to my chest. Therefore I'll have no dependence entirely upon adhesives, and I avoid the issues above. I'm disappointed in the lack of creative solutioning by the industry here.
