This Mueller toaster is the best looking, beautifully finished, attractive small applince in my kitchen. The toasting quality is incredibly wonderful, easy to use touch-controls, easy to clean, & has a "full-length" slide-out crumb catcher-tray! Best of all, it can toast very large slices of bread, as well as being a wide-slot toaster, that most ordinary toasters cannot do both. Delivered & packaged excellently, & very pleased/satisfied with this incredible small appliance. Thank you.

Folks!! Look no further. I’ve done the research for us. For the past many decades have gone through quite a few regular store bought toasters not expecting much out of them other than simply toast my bread. Now had some time on my hands, went about deep dive researching for a new one just for kicks and giggles since the last one broke. Zeroed in on this one. It’s just WOW!! Realized what I missed all these years. Moist on the inside, toasted to perfection on the outside without drying out the bread. Mind you we use Ezekiel bread exclusively. If it can do that to this bread any other bread I bet will be great too.

Just started to use this toaster; only used it twice so far. So I deducted one star for that reason. Will revisit the rating later after I have toasted for a while.For the two times I have used it (frozen waffles), it was fine. Unique design; thin but long. I have never used a toaster with just one slot, so this is new to me. The one slot is nice and wide though, so not seeing why it won't work for me. Two waffles fit fine side by side.Toasted well. Nice stainless steel color. When using for the first time, strong smell, but that is explained on the instruction sheet. It goes away after toasting twice with no bread. Speed of toasting was fine. Reasonably sturdy; not overly lightweight or heavy.

Not going to lie it looks a little funny. It looks like a very long toaster. We started making our own sourdough's and sometimes the size of our sourdoughs are longer than normal toaster. It's a toaster at the end of day but the quality is good. The value for money is actually not bad. From the very beginning what I recommend doing for any toaster is running it for a couple cycles just to burn off anything on the coils. That way you don't get any smells or any funky taste on your toast. I've never had a problem with the lever staying down. You can toast anything from large breads to even I feel like a loaf cut in half lengthwise. At first I thought this was kind of a weird looking toaster and that is probably not going to be used as much but it's been used more often than a regular toaster.

Definitely works for its intended purpose. Gone are the days that I had to tear off the edge of my bread to get it to fit. But...apparently gone are the days of the Bagel setting too. I don't know why I didn't pay attention that this didn't offer a Bagel setting...seriously just figured that was a standard feature on all toasters, but I was wrong. Because I like my sandwiches only toasted on the inside and not the outside (to prevent the roof of my mouth from getting scraped on toast), I'm dinging it a star for not having it regardless if I should've noticed it wasn't in the features description. For those that sometimes peruse over descriptions looking for specific features forgetting to check for standard ones, I'm making sure to note that it doesn't have a Bagel setting here.Someone mentioned to me they would never buy another digitally set toaster and I didn't understand at first what they were complaining about. Now I do. Although I can live with there not being a setting in-between two of the set values to give me that perfect toast (something you can do with the knob one), what really gets me is that my wife likes setting 4 and I like setting 3. And this is how it plays out in the morning. She gets up first, goes to the toaster, puts her toast in and notices it is on 3...so she pushes the + button and it goes to 4. She's good, toast is great for her. I wake up and put my toast in and upon noticing it is on 4 I have to push the + button 5 times to get it to 3 because there is no - button. Every morning...push, push, push, push, push just to finally get to the setting I want. At least it's my problem and not hers because if it was the other way around, this toaster would've been in the trash a while ago.It was frustrating tearing off the edge of the bread to get it to fit into my old toaster. But that one was easier to set the perfect toast level I wanted regardless of what it had been set at before. I'm still not sure which of the two is worse. If this had a Bagel setting and a toast level knob OR a - button it would be a 5-star toaster. But with the missing Bagel setting and the poor toast level adjustment feature the best I can give it is 3 stars (and if out of my frustration with having to push the setting 5x every morning I end up smashing it, I'll be sure to come back here and change my rating to only 2 stars).

I first used this toaster at a relatives house & ordered it as soon as I got home. It is large enough for oversized bread slices which we always seem to buy and the controls are very easy. Not complicated at all.

This is my second toaster (same model). The first one lasted a good while but one of the wires inside burned out. I love the streamline look of it. The width accommodates bagels etc. The end product is always toasted perfectly!

Toaster looks great, but is only fair at toasting. The bottom will toast more than the top. But I've had it for a couple of years already, and it's held up, though not used real frequency. If you toast half-way and then reverse, it will toast things evenly. It easily accommodates a decent-sized bagel.
