Dad Thank You Helping Me Build My Life Birthday Gifts Dad Daughter Gifts Hammer Keychain & Gift Box Bundle

I actually got this gift for my best friend who hired me at her and her husband's company. She has also made sure I have a dependable car to drive. I take one day off a week to spend with my kid, and she supports that. I'm a graduate student and had been barely scraping by on financial aid checks prior to beginning my job there. I was also able to resign from a part time job I didn't like anymore because she assured me I would continue to get the hours I want/need. I've been rebuilding my life for almost six years now, and I'm the most successful I've been, and I have her to thank. All I did was add an "re" to the word build on the message. She's the sappy one and I'm the one who deals with everything through humor. She was amazed I loved this. She loves it too, and it's on her key ring now.

Such a cool idea for a Father’s Day gift! It’s perfect for my dad and for the special relationship we have. I can’t wait to give it to him. I am very surprised at the quality and ‘weight’ of the hammer key chain. It’s much nicer than the pics show. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the box. It’s just a typical, cheap, paper box that costume jewelry would come in. It’s not bad....but it would be cool if it could be used for something after taking the jet chain out. Like a little trinket box or something...with the quote on the inside... just a thought. But still an awesome and unique gift. Very excited for my dad to have this!

The keychain came in its own wrapping and the box separate. The box is navy with a ribbon tied into a bow and the makers logo is also visible. Inside the box on the top, has the writing, "Thank you for help build my life". It's very nice. What I did was took the keychain out of its wrapping and placed it inside of the box.All in all, I do like this item; however, I feel that the quality of the hammer keychain metal isn't that great. There's a piece of scrap metal still attached to the hammer end. It would either have to clipped or filed off. I will attempt to do so, but I kind of wished it didn't have that minor flaw that could be seen by someone as analytic as me....lolOverall, it is a cute hammer keychain that's nice in its weight and the message is very meaningful. I'm giving it to my 72 yr old father for Father's Day tomorrow. I'm sure he'll like it and most importantly the symbolic meaning attached.I'd recommend getting this gift for anyone.

Cute keychain but the box looks cheap.

Overall, I am very pleased with this product. It arrived exactly as pictured, and the keychain itself appears to be sturdy and of good quality. The only reason I cannot give this product five stars is because the message on the lid does not lie completely flat, so it comes off as a little cheap/flimsy. Nonetheless, it’s an extremely thoughtful gift, and I would recommend it.Also: please note that the box itself is two separate pieces; the first few photos make it seem as though it’s on a hinge. The last photo shows the box, though.
