I like everything my fav store niceits a back up no scratches turn on volume works happy nt it did not come with a charging chord otherwise susewith daughter chord turn on and volume from checking ring tone happy but won't let u have app or you tube camera nice size volume nice but basically in 100 percent honesty I've brought twice but both will not let u lo a d u tube much as I love these phones I guess Jan that part died on phone but u can call take pics I'm sad that's two I p a I'd for both does same .noooooʻ u tube or app down load beautiful camera I just wanna cry sissy

This Phone, The "ZTE Blade Zmax" (Z982), is A Great Value! It's got the biggest (6.0") high-quality screen of ANY phone under $300-$400, and It cost me a little over $90 with tax. If you want features that you can usually only find on High-end(expensive) phones, like a fingerprint reader, dual rear Cameras, a huge 6" display plus a decent amount (32G) of Internal Memory ( which is expandable up to 128G), then this is the Phone for You! The one I bought is unlocked for "Metro by T-Mobile", and I was able to put my (nano?)SIM card in it and get it activated just by calling (Metro)! Easy! I did drop the first one I ordered and I couldn't get it to come On, so I did have to order a replacement(luckily it was still within the "free replacement period(30days, I think). But, The replacement came within 2 days and I'm still using it now! I love this phone, It works great for any normal activities like streaming video or music, mobile-gaming(no, it's not a special gaming phone, but it works fine on all the games I play, And I do play several different types of games from FPS's to Strategy and RPG's. So it should be fine for casual mobile gamers), & all other web-related activities I've tried. One "Pro" and One "Con": Pro- Even though it is unlocked for "Metro by T-Mobile", It doesn't come with all the crappy, Memory-eating 'Metro' Apps, but You can download the ones you want(I only got the "My Metro" app- to manage my account). Con- It runs Android 7.1.1, and as of now they're not planning any updates for it. But, Like I said that hasn't been an issue at all, for me anyway. Hope this review helps!

Using bring along your phone family plan that I have been using for years, this ZTE Max is a bargain smart phone for it's price. Since I transitioned from a micro sim to a nano sim, from my 2+yr old android running Oreo, had to purchase a new card to work with my old number and calling plan. It took me sometime to reconfigure this phone but thanks to great customer service from my provider this unlocked ZTE went smoothly.Got my old number and calling plan the same hour and a few apps. However, it took at least 24 hrs to enable my emails and other apps previously installed to run in the same android ver 7.1.1 which is just what I needed. Am hoping ZTE would have security updates in the future. For those having 2nd thoughts see the reviews on YouTube. This is my 2nd ZTE with loaded Dolby sound assist. The earphone jack connector got lose on the second day which is ok since I have a pair of Toshiba blue tooth enabled earphone that produced the real Dolby sound enhancement.

This phone is a little old now so it's a bit slower then then the newer ones releasing nowadays but it's still an amazing phone it's resilient as hell and the battery can last all day on just 5% if you don't use apps that take up alot of memory I play games like BDO mobile and clash of clans plus hearthstone and Mobile legends 5v5 and the elder scrolls blades I also have clash of clans on here twice it runs fine but just a few seconds slower then newer phones it is 100% worth the money I've had this phone survived over night in the toilet being dropped out of a moving car and dropped it on the floor so many times my kids use it almost daily and there 1 1/2 and 3 and other then a tiny scratch from my pocket knife on the screen this thing is still kicking would 100% buy again

Pensé que amazon tenía jente seria trabajando pero que tiene alguno que no deberían estar hay te dicen una cosa para que le de 5;estrella cuando tú chekea todo tedijo es falzo y lo digo por el que me atendió y dijo que iban poner lo chavo partas comprara otro teléfono y mandar una etiqueta mandar el teléfono así tener palabra hombre poteso mucha jente están dejando de compra en amazon el teléfono batería no sirve y la bocina menos

I ordered this phone as a replacement for my lgk20 that I got from metro. I'll start by saying that this phone takes great photos and has a large nice screen. The issues that I have with this phone outweigh the good stuff. From what I understand this phone can no longer get OS updates, or at least any recent say in the last 2 years or so so this may be causing a lot of the issues I had. The apps were glitchy, podcast apps would freeze, bluetooth was real weak. It couldn't be more than 1' away from my car stereo and just cut out to a point that made everything unlistenable, the thing would freeze multiple times a week to the point of having to hard reset phone, just for it to fail and freeze again. Calling volume was good from incoming calls but people were always complaining that they couldn't hear me. Unfortunately I think with an os update it could be a good phone, looks like there is nothing in the future.. I am not picky, small once in a while issue I'm fine with this phone has way to many problems to not give it a bad review.

Great purchase! The Z982 has been my all-time favorite phone. I got this new one because my old one became bent, cracked, and had a poor battery life. The new one is even better than the old one, because it didn't come loaded with all the useless, annoying, MetroPCS apps that I would never use. It came with a completely stock ROM/OS which is absolutely fantastic! So far the battery life is much better and I love having a new screen and undamaged body. You get a bit more storage back since it isn't loaded with MetroPCS garbage, perhaps like few hundred megabytes total, not much but it matters to people like me who load their phone with as much stuff as possible.
