Very strong smell and colour.
Really strong smell.. But I think it actually is beneficial and I will try to get same pure spirulina in capsules rather than dark green tablets. I will continue 1 a day !!

disgusting taste but seems to work
I have been taking with on a daily basis together with chlorella and a supergreens mix. I actually take a whole tablespoon of this with half a tablespoon of spirulina and 5g of supergreens, probably much higher than average (due to my medical requirements) so my mixture is like a thick paste and smells and tastes vile. However, as they say that if you have something you do not like at least 13 times you get used to it, I am. I dilute it with Orange juice to a consistency that I can drink quickly and easily and this makes it more palatable. I also use one of those sports protein shakers to ensure that all the powder is mixed in, nothing worse than getting a gooey lump in the mixture!Anyway, so far, my monthly bloods have been a little improved in the white blood cell department. I am also hoping for an improvement in the neutrophils. I have only been taking this for a month but already feel more energetic and generally better than before. My skin is definitely better and not as dry as before.Apart from the taste, from the research the I have done, it seems a good quality powder and I am happy with it.

Great help for low immunity
I have low immunity and this is the only thing I found that really helps me. It helps me avoid catching cold during the Winter and keep my hair and nails shiny which is an amazing bonus
