Our family have recently formed a love for Kurdish lentil soup, and this is what we put in it to add some texture and make it more of a meal.Seem to be good quality, if you need to crush them I recommend doing this while they are in the plastic packaging with a hammer as doing it outside of it is hard and very time consuming.

I eat these almost every day - I try to avoid wheat unless it's for something really good like cake or pizza, so I take these to work, leave them for 3 mins in boiled water & then add them to a tin of soup instead of eating with bread. They're also great to substituting for pasta or grabbing something quick to eat when you've stayed out too late & need some dinner. Most convenient.

The noodles are very hard.

Taste awful if not washed many times and been drain...

Works very well if microwaved. Cooking time is so fast - that if you cook it longer than 4 minutes - with hot water and high heat - you risk ruining the texture. Love it with stews or sauces.

Very handy and authentic. Great for any Japanese or Chinese style meals.

I'm not 100% satisfied with the quality but the price is good.
