Q: Do you need to buy a coffee grinder or a french press to use these beans for an enema?

The green coffee is supplied as granules and no longer needs to be ground. Also a french press is not necessary. You can also simply prepare the solution in the pot as follows. Preparation of the enema solution: Heat 500ml of pure drinking water in a pot with a capacity of at least 2 liters (do not use an aluminum pot!) Add 3 heaped tablespoons of Detox Green Organic Coffee to the hot water and simmer for 3 minutes, then switch off the heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Fill the pot with 1 liter of pure cold drinking water. Now pour one liter of this finished coffee solution through a fine sieve into the irrigator cup, or - if you use a klyso - into a suitable container. You can start the enema as soon as the temperature of the solution has cooled to body temperature (about 37 ° C). (if necessary use a bath thermometer to control the temperature)
