It's works and is nice to hold

Looks very good, haven't used it yet. Pity it doesn't come with an English plug.

I did not realise when I purchased this item that it was the wrong voltage for uk. I was at risk of blowing it up. An helpful friend pointed out the problem to me, and saved me.

I'm extremely disappointed - I waited a long time for it to be delivered (it wasn't late but took longer because it was coming from the States) and I was so excited the first time I used it but it burned the paper and then the pointed end dropped off whilst in use, I was being quite gentle as instructed, but it was if it had become too hot. In fact, I thought the small piece of hot metal was going to start a fire with the paper it fell on to. The instructions are completely inadequate, especially as it's an electrical product. I still have the other tip unused but I've reverted to using my craft knife. My first ever Amazon disappointment. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy it and I'm sure it doesn't comply with UK electrical standards.

It worked great! I used this to create stencils. It was my first time using one and it made the process so much easier! It’s very difficult to use x-acto blades when cutting a stencil and takes forever. This amazing gadget cut the time by hours!! I was able to complete intricate stencils in less than 10 min. It took about 10 minutes to heat up to full capacity and I kept a rag handy to quickly wipe the tip every now and then as the plastic would accumulate from time to time. The easiest way to describe it is it melts the Mylar similarly to how a hot glue gun melts the glue sticks, it’s about the same consistency. I’m really happy with it. I completed 15 stencils with the curved tip and nothing went wrong.

Cet appareil est inutilisable : la prise 115 Volt ne correspond pas aux normes électriques françaises. Aucune explication à ce sujet dans le descriptif.

Achtung! Amerikanischer Stecker! Das Hauptproblem bei dem Gerät ist eher, dass es trotz Adapterstecker in Europa nicht betrieben werden kann. Der Cutter arbeitet nur mit 110V. Die Spitze wird bei 220V so heiß, dass diese sich verformt.Das Produkt ist aus sehr minderwertigem Kunststoff hergestellt. Die Griffhilfe verrutscht beim kleinsten Druck.Aufgrund des schlechten Produktbeschreibung und der Qualität des Produktes gibt es von mir nur einen Stern.
