Excellent Quality Stencil Sheets That Cut Cleanly and Hold Up Well
These ilauke 7.5 mil stencil vinyl sheets are an excellent choice if you’re making your own stencils, especially with a Cricut or similar cutting machine. From the first sheet, it’s clear these are well made and designed for actual crafting use, not flimsy throwaway material. The thickness is just right. At 7.5 mil, they’re sturdy enough to hold their shape during use but still flexible enough to work with easily. The milky translucent PET material is a big plus. It’s thick, smooth, and consistent from sheet to sheet, which makes cutting predictable and reliable. The translucency is especially helpful when aligning designs on surfaces because you can still see what’s underneath without the sheet being too cloudy or opaque. It strikes a nice balance between visibility and durability. Cutting performance is excellent. These sheets feed smoothly through a Cricut and cut cleanly without tearing, snagging, or warping. Fine details come out sharp, and the material doesn’t stretch or distort when weeding, which is something cheaper stencil sheets often struggle with. Whether you’re doing lettering, detailed graphics, or layered designs, these handle it well. Durability during use is another strong point. Once cut, the stencils hold up nicely when painting, spraying, or tracing. They don’t curl excessively, and they clean up well if you plan to reuse them. For anyone making reusable stencils, this material is more than capable of multiple uses if handled normally. The 12x12 size is perfect for standard cutting mats, and getting 10 sheets in a pack makes this a good value. There’s no wasted space, and the sheets arrive flat and ready to use. No odd smells, no uneven edges, and no defects that I’ve noticed. Overall, these are high-quality stencil sheets that perform exactly as advertised. They cut cleanly, hold up well, and are versatile enough for a wide range of projects. Whether you’re crafting signs, customizing projects, or doing more detailed stencil work, these are an easy five-star product and something I’d happily buy again.

Great for stencils
I purchased this product with the intent of making stencils with my cricket. It was a little hard to work with but once I got the hang of it, the stencils came out perfect. I have already purchased another package.

Sturdy but not easy to cut (Cricut users)
I tried this bc my previous listing was no longer being sold. My last one cut like butter with 1x cut. It was definitely thinner than this at 6mil, so I did like that this was thicker and sturdier. However it just didn't suit my needs. I am using a Cricut maker and I have a customized setting for mylar/acetate with 300+ pressure cut. I even used the "more pressure" settings. I am cutting out intricately detailed stencils so not only is it time consuming to have to cut 2x, I have to still handcut with a craft knife (cutting out all those ribs were not fun) after the 2x cut. I initially bought 3 packs of 10 but I returned the remaining 2 bc I just don't want to waste so much time cutting. Tldr; It was great for simple fast cuts but definitely not for detailed stuff bc it doesn't cut thoroughly.

Makes great stencils
The 7.5 mil worked perfectly in my Cricut explore machine. I needed to cut some stencils of my own design .I used a deep cut blade and housing (the black one) with a normal grip mat. I set the material to Plastic / Transparancy and the pressure to More. I cut a number of stencils each only needing one pass. They came out great. Im so happy.
