Excellent for ninja creami
I use this to make ice cream with the ninja creamy and it works so well. It prevents the ice cream from becoming too liquidy or milkshake-like. You only need to use a small amount, around about half of a standard teaspoon however some people use even less if they are also using one of those fat free pudding mixes with it. Overall does the job fine.

A 'must have' for gluten-free backing.
When I found out that I had gluten intolerance, I started making and baking my tried and tested recipes with gluten-free flours. Unfortunately, my cakes and biscuits didn't hold together (they were very crumbly) because there was no 'glue' from the gluten.I found that using gluten-free Xanthan gum was the answer.Very little is needed in order to hold baking products together, so one tub lasts quite a long time, and my biscuits, cakes and scones 'hold together' beautifully. As there is no 'taste' to it, it doesn't affect the flavour. Lovely!

Perfect substitute.
Wish I had known of the wonders of xanthan gum before now. I'm eating keto and this is a lifesaver for things like bread, sauces and fondue, it works much like cornflour would in various recipes.

Can be found cheaper in supermarkets but won't grumble as its convenient time right now and it's used same as baking powder.
