Q: How do I set the 3 small dials? I only seem to be able to pull the button on the side out to the first position. Worried about using to much force.

I think there are 2 positions,1 for the time(B position),1set is for the date and day(A position).Honestly never had the chance to set up mine,somebody else done it for me without asking her help🙄😶

Q: to seller: where can I buy a replacement strap? mine broke and really like the original!

I do not really know only we have a Fossil shop in our city so I think if this happened to me that's the first place I would go, try them online.
