PARADOX OMEGA OILS LTD Paradox 3/6/9 225ml (PACK OF 1)

As the title say, there will always be a slight fishy essence around it!! However, I take a dessertspoon each day mixed in a glass of fresh orange juice, no fishy odd tastes or smells at all.

I started buying this for my son in the hope it would help with his concentration. He was in primary 3 and constantly getting into trouble at school for not doing his work, getting distracted and so on. It may be coincidence but after about a month we suddenly realised that things seemed to have calmed down a bit. It can't be doing him any harm anyway so keeping up with a teaspoonful a day. He's in primary 4 now and while I would not claim him to be a model pupil I'm not getting weekly letters, invitations to have a chat with the teacher and so on any more. He doesn't enjoy it and it does smell fishy but it can't be that bad because there's a grimace and a swallow. If it was that bad there would be more than a grimace!

This doesn't taste too much like cod liver oil. The only downside is a slightly irritating to the palate lemon flavour. However, if I shake the bottle very well, it's not too noticeable.

The fish oily taste is hardly masked but it works wonders for hair and nails. It also makes you feel better if you can handle the taste.

At the price on subscription you get real value for money delivered to your door, the price beats the High Street by almost a third. Most importantly it is a great health product and having taken it for some time I know it's done me good and now buying it from Amazon will also do my wallet good too.

I must admit i was worried about these being delivered safely. They are best kept in the dark . I should have known better because they were wrapped in bubble wrap safe and soind so now i can continue boosting my 3-6-9 levels which keeps my skin looking great.

Bought on recommendation from a friend. Difficult to say on effectiveness but it is pleasant to take when mixed with orange juice, not great alone. Full of vitamins and goodness so must be doing me some good!
