It worked well three times on my chin, and then cut out on the 4th go. Apparently I am outside of the return window, so cannot contact the seller directly to resolve this. The power to the device is clearly faulty as the light flickers but the arms no longer moved. I only used it on facial hair and not for anything that could have broken it. I’d appreciate a replacement???

I was a bit skeptical about this product at first, but after trying it out and using it for nearly a year now, I can genuinely say that it actually works. I only use it for my upper lip area as using it for your eyebrows can take your eyebrows off. But it does pull out the hairs from the root, and gives a smooth clean finish. I have sensitive skin so this method of hair removal works really well for me as it doesn't leave angry red blotches or cut my skin. All in all, a good product which works well for me and I'll probably continue to use in the future 👍

The media could not be loaded. I used this for the first time yesterday and it’s efficient. It’s easy to wrap the thread around the device and it’s not hard to navigate around the face too. The only parts I would say is slightly difficult is reaching the neck.The thread is also really thick, I tried using a thinner thread but it snapped. It’s best to just stick with the thread it provides since it grabs the hairs better. My face was slightly red for about half an hour and then the redness disappeared after, which is normal since hair is being removed.I do recommend this device though, it’s really good.

the first time I bought this it was perfectly fine, however the second time I bought it, it came faulty. While I’m threading the machine stops which means I have to keep altering the angle of the thread, this was an issue I didn’t have previously.

Why are there little hairs on this packaging? Seems to have been previously used or mishandled when testing? This shows how unbothered the world of “professional” sellers are, please ensure your products are strictly supervised before delivery.Unable to use the product as not reliable, was excited to use this but unfortunately the method of this machine will be thrown away. Took me hours to fix the thread into this machine and no such chance have been gained from it, always ripping too.

I have used this product for more than a year now. I simply love it. I've had no issues with it. Yes it comes with a cord so movement is restricted. Can use a hand mirror while close to a plug point. There are cordless options as well in other brand incase.However I will not recommend for eyebrows. Perfect for upper lip, lower lip and chin. I have recommend this product to 3 other people and I am happy to say all 3 are satisfied with it.
