great item buy it for large building / workshop capacity
Great quality item.turbo 200mmfitted in large garage over 500M3 volume and fan capacity was double at full speed.easy to fit light and good mounting foot - decided to reduce duct tho wall to 150mm using a reducing spigot as only 250mm distance to outside can be wired for low speed only or high speed only or both if fitted with a 2 gang switch which is what I did - as why not then you have both options.Fan is <4 kg's so light fixes wall to wall and great performance.wired to FB with a 6amp RCD and 1.5mm cable. No issues during testing or use.don't buy cheap as you'll be buying again. This is industrial quality and was right for my application in a very large garage. Do it right - do it once.can't comment on longevity as only fitted on day of review.

Great addition for better airflow
I recently picked up the Blauberg UK TURBO-200 extractor fan and I’m really pleased with how it’s been working for me. I needed something to help with ventilation in my space, and this fan has delivered. It’s an 8-inch model, which is a good size for my needs, and I like how it fits nicely in the setup without taking too much space.Installation was pretty straightforward. I’m not a pro by any means, but I managed to get it hooked up without too much hassle. The instructions were clear enough, which is always a plus. Once it was in place, I could definitely notice a difference in air flow. It moves air efficiently and doesn’t make a ton of noise, which is nice if you’re looking for something that won’t disrupt the peace.I also appreciate the design. The grey finish looks decent and doesn’t clash with my room. It's a simple, functional piece that does its job well. Overall, I'd say if you're on the lookout for a reliable inline extractor fan, the Blauberg TURBO-200 is a solid choice. It's been working great for me, and I’d recommend it to anyone needing to improve their ventilation.

Powerful and quiet
Nice powerful fan. Shifts loads of air providing the resistance is not too high. Feels like a quality motor and bearing etc. Pretty quiet (apart from air noise of course). Easy wiring with only basic electrical knowledge. Recommended.

Expected it to be quieter, but performance / price seems to justify extra noise.
Bought as a replacement when a manrose in-line fan that came as a kit with a light, failed after several years of use.Definitely an upgrade and a bargain price when bought like new at nearly half price from the seller, only issue was that it was missing a plastic screwdriver that you are supposed to use to adjust the timer on it, however easy to use something else to adjust it.A bit noisier than I anticipated when trying to compare dB values between this one and the one it replaced, supposed to be quieter but definitely a bit louder but it is 3x as powerful as the one it replaced. That being said it is probably 5x the size, which isn’t a problem for where I have it located but maybe for others who are tight for space.Pretty easy to install, wiring was the same as my previous model that also had a timer, liked the fact that the fan unit can fetch from the main body in order to make installation much easier.Only had it installed 2 days, but so far so good.

Very powerful, not too noisy.
Really good quality fan, flow rate is brilliant. I used this in a care home to extract the air from a warm area which required some strong extraction, the fan I replaced was a 100mm inline fan which wasn't quite powerful enough, once replaced with this the amount air movement was massively improved.Might be a bit too powerful in a domestic setting but noise levels were very low.Usual connection box to connect into as with every other inline fan.

Tad noisy, but sucks!!
I purchased this to replace a similar specced Manrose model which failed after only 12 months. Installation was simple to the existing lighting system. Mine was the 100mm model and i used the same tubing and clips i had already installed on the Manrose model.Suction power was comparable with the slightly more expensive model it was replacing and i was pleasantly pleased.Noise level is a fraction higher but it may also be due to the higher pitch of the fans although i find it to be an acceptable compromise for the performance of these "in line" fans than the stand alone units which i have had no luck with in the past.I must also add that my bathroom is in the centre of our house so this unit has to extract the steam out a 10m long section of vent ducting and i was worried that if it was not powerful enough that the cold in the attic on the ducting would turn the steam back to water before it reached the gable of house. My fears were unfounded tho and it performs the task excellently, and is a testiment to the strength of the unit.At this point in time i have absolutely no reason to give anything but 5 stars.

Efficient quiet fan.
Purchased this to replace an existing extract fan unit which was pretty noisey for a small size. This fan is much larger but quiet in operation and can easily be configured to run-on from approx 5-30 minutes. Fitting was very simple, just 4 screws to mount the back plate, then you simply clip the motor part onto the back plate, click down the clips and that's it. Very pleased so far with the unit, quiet and much more efficient than my original B&Q model.
