Affordable product, compared to alternatives
I bought this because I needed something to keep rain out of my gated front porch. This didn't have any reviews so I was skeptical but the price definitely reeled me in. The material feels durable for something that is so light. I left it out under the sun after unrolling it and it sat perfectly flat the full length. This sheeting was the only non-corrugated I could get in such a large quantity and low price.

durable and translucent
Lets light through and doesn't sag if the edges are supported. tends to curl in both directions so it's slightly cupped. Has a plastic film attached, maybe a couple of layers, I can't tell if it's supposed to come off or not. it resists peeling but not uniformly. I used it to replace a broken shower door.

Good product workable roll
This roll of polycarbonate was exactly what I needed. I did not know you could get it in a roll like this. I wish I had ordered the larger one, I am definitely going to need more. It's the perfect material for lightly insulating a screened wall like I have in my dog house and chicken house, or to double-up on a greenhouse for added protection. I will be using this for both of those applications.I ordered this roll to cover the side of my screened chicken coop as a weather buffer, our weather the past couple of years has been extra cold. I wanted to provide some extra protection from the wind and weather in winter, and this worked great. I mounted it right over top of the hardware screen on the north side of the coop and held it in place with some simple twist lock clips. I wanted a way to easily install and also remove, since I don't want this to be permanent in warmer weather. I did install a couple of cross brace 2x4s spaced out at 3 feet, just to keep it secure, and those remove with just a couple of screws at top and bottom. When warmer weather arrives I can remove all the supports then just roll this back up for storage.I can see multiple applications for this and it's more cost effective than individual sheets. Very pleased with this

Seems ok
I ordered this to install on the top of my grill gazebo to protect the canvas awning that came with it. Between weather and scheduling, I haven't been able to do that yet, so this review is based on initial impressions. Once I go to install this poly-carbonate, I will update the review with how it went.My initial impression is that this is more plastic like and less rubber like, it is more brittle than I was anticipating/wanting. But, it is pliable enough that I am confident that I can get it to conform to the curve of my grill gazebo. Punching a hole through it for the velcro ties will be another matter entirely, though. The opacity is fine, hazy and not crystal clear. For my needs that's fine, but others looking for a clearer material will want to look elsewhere. Another concern of mine is how rain will sound on this, falling more on the plastic side I fear this may be loud, especially in the wet PNW.Once I get this installed on my gazebo, I will update the review with new impressions.

Prevents rain.
I made a pergola for my small grill kitchen and after a while, i wished i made a roof on it to prevent the rain. This thick, plastic sheeting was a great inexpensive solution. Was easy to install with some staples and now i have a rain proof area to cook.

Sturdy and lets in plenty of light
I loved this for building my greenhouse. It feels very sturdy and allows in plenty of light. I did add extra anchors to it to avoid it flexing too much in the wind. It was easy to cut and after letting it sit in the sun it laid very flat.

Pretty good
Unlike panels, this material would work well for curved rooflines. It can also be cut and used for straight line roofs and walls. It is constructed with fibrous strands to increase stability.I highly suggest drilling pilot holes before screwing into place. It is easy to drill pilot holes into the material to screw it into place. This type of material can be bent and broken apart without a whole lot of effort, so using many anchors/screws to reduce movement or repeated flexing is ideal. This works great for greenhouses, cold frames, or drying sheds.I’m using it to build cold frames to get a jump start on the gardening season.
