Good product
I like this mirin, it doesn't smell or taste too strong and mixes well with the other ingredients I often use - rice vinegar and fish sauce. Some dressings I have made this way with other ingredients have tasted strong and sour but the dressings made from this are mellow and you can taste that there are a number of ingredients, which is much more to my liking. If you want a basic introduction to dressings and use, then the 'Itsu' cookbook is a good place to start.
