This item is just the head strap, it doesnt include the actual nose piece. However, the pillows come in S, M, L & XL

Q: Will this work resmed airsense 10 nasal mask?

I do not believe it will, this is designed for the Airfit P10. Yes, These are like the old ones. They are not made by resmed and that new adjusting strap is a pain and clearly not designed by someone with hair.
