CORELLE Square 12 Ounce Mug - 1 Mug

This cup made by CORELLE is great! I love the feeling of drinking hot coffee or tea from it. It has a very smooth and shiny look/feel to it which makes it very appealing. White is always a good choice, especially if it is this bold bright creamy white color. My family enjoys products/dinnerware by CORELLE as the products are very sturdy. This cup has not broken yet (as many common cups/mugs will), and hopefully it wont!

Well, it's a mug. I don't drink coffee but I enjoy a cup of hot chocolate from time to time and wanted something a bit larger than DW's coffee cups. Wanted to microwave the milk or water and add the chocolate mix without worrying about the cup exploding, melting or burning my hand...this mug does all that just fine. It is a touch smaller than I would like--I'm still looking for something on the order of 16oz, I reckon. As an aside, I think it's odd that many companies refer to a 'cup' of coffee as 6oz. Who drinks just 6 ounces of coffee? and why call 6 ounces a 'cup'? One of life's mysteries, I suppose. I reckon the 'standard' hot chocolate measure is also 6oz, making it easier to fit into a 'normal' coffee cup without spilling.I guess it's like a 'piece' of pizza. You have a slice of pizza...you're not too hungry, so you cut it in half. NOW, you have TWO pieces of pizza...what a dilemma! Reminds me of dropping by the pizza place the other night to pick up an order. Another customer was waiting with me when the cook turned to her and said "Would you like your pizza cut into 8 pieces or 12?" She thought for a moment and replied "Oh, we're not hungry enough to eat TWELVE pieces...just cut it into EIGHT".Bah-dum-bump! I'm here all week!But seriously folks...the mug is holding up well and performing to my expectations.

I bought these for our camper. I just don't like to drink coffee out of anything but a good porcelain cup. For camping, though, we needed it to be unbreakable. These are perfect. They are lightweight, easy to hold, and keep the coffee warm in the morning.

about two months ago I purchased a set of corelle dinnerware and I bought these mugs to complement the dinnerware. Well, this one must be a fake. One arrived broken into pieces and a few days later I dropped a second, and it shattered on my kitchen floor. The set of dinnerware thus far has been perfect. Buyer beware!

Holds liquid, has a handle, looks a bit more distinct than a regular round mug. Doesn't insulate heat too well, but my female roommate always steals it because it's more elegant than her mugs.

This is my second set. Very comfortable to hold. Just right size. Solid. Good weight. I really like these for everyday use.

This is a good deep mug, but what I didn't like was that it is too thick. I prefer a normal thickness when I'm sipping my tea. However I dought that is an issue for most people.

Very well pleased just the right size and a great handle on this cup will consider get more cups like this with a little color if available soon.
