Good product

Despite being level the product moved across the floor the first time we used it on spin. Supplier refusing ro accept return without original packing , it was wrapped in plastic when we received it, personally i think it was a device that someone had already returned. Amazon customer care were very helpful and said that they had instructed supplier to collect it for refund, i am very unhappy with this product and the supplier! As of today they are still pending!

Worth the money

I went from a siemens washing machine which was 2500+ down to this one. Several small inconveniences where observed.Washing machine front panel is made of cheap looking plastic compared to other more expensive brands. the build quality of the door is also subpar; noticeable when you close the door; kind of like the sound when you close the door on a nissun sunny vs a Mercedes. The digital screen on this is only the circular display panel that also doubles as the program switcher. Unlike bigger screens where you can see how fast is the spin and the water temp at the same time; here you have to press the water temp button to see the value.The machine makes a ticking sound even on light load once it starts the spinning cycle. This happened from the very first wash since it was delivered. I called Eros which is the official support for Midea here in Abu Dhabi and they sent a technician. He found that it was because the barrel was hitting some part of the internal side walls of the machine. But he could not locate and fix it. He said it will not be a problem in the long run but I doubt it.About the smart connectivity feature:1. you have to turn on the machine while in-front as you cannot turn the machine one remotely.2. after turning it on; you have to long press a capacitive button for 3s to enable 'remote control' which will then only allow you to control the device from the smartphone app.3. it has a wash delay where in you can tell it when you want to finish; but it is only available on the app.4. i get a notification every time a wash program finishes even when I'm outside the house.overall its an OK washing machine. I like the steam feature which my previous machine did not have. If you don't rely on auto dispensing of the detergent (my old one had this feature; but i felt the part that sucked the detergent from the tank got more and more clogged so I stopped using it) and prefer manually adding detergent then this machine is enough for you.

Packs some good feature and a high load capacity, however, you will have to install it yourself. Let's hope it will last. I have a Midea dishwasher since 4 years and so far so good.
