The price is good , have been using a Vacuum sealer for years and reheating food in boiling water , the results have always been good but this is on a different level . The accuracy of temperature produces food I am not capable of cooking consistently . I will probably only use it for meat , perfect for pre cooking chicken before a Summer BBQ . Awesome

Test cuisson pour des poireaux puis courgettes avec l'assaisonnement dans la poche. C'est pratique ça cuit tout seul et les légumes ne sont plus trop cuits. Je viens de commander le bac adapté pour les cuissons sinon les poches flottent dans un récipient classique j'avais réussi à les maintenir sous l'eau mais le bac est mieux adapté

I have had a sous vide before so I can compare this one with my old one.Firstly the price. This one is half the price and it does exactly the same things. The quality is just as good too.All you do is put the food in the bag and put this in. Then clip the unit to the side of the saucepan and that's it. The unit controls the temperature throughout cooking so it's even.You can cook meat, vegetables or fish and there's no limits on what you can cook. It's also really easy to use once you've read the instructions and got the hang of it.Overall I think this is an excellent quality buy for the money and I don't have anything negative to say about it. I can see why they're becoming popular.
