Q: Can't open my lock today. Bought over a year ago. Happened to anyone?

Try wd40 and push the key fully home, if outside as mine is corrosion can cause jamming of the lock!

I only reviewed the chain not the ground anchor. Mine utilises a “Y-Anchor” which I concreted into the ground
