Bristows Mousse Curls Plus Waves, 200 ml

Hair products are a very personal thing - they vary wildly and peoples hair responds differently. But this seems to work for me, I've got 2B/C hair and this mousse defines my waves and curls well and isn't too crunchy or heavy.My hair is fairly thin and I find a lot of curl products really weigh it down, but this doesn't.It is a weirdly watery texture and the foam disintegrates quickly, so I have to move quickly to get it on my hair and I do use about 1/3 more than I would normally with mousse. However, because this is so cheap, I don't mind :-)I do also use a hair oil (for a bit of detangling and shine) before using the mousse, and a smoothing product the day after washing (no product has ever been able to stick down the flyaways overnight!). The hold from the mousse usually lasts 3-4 days which is pretty good.

For the price this is fantastic. I usually buy a more expensive brand but I'm watching the pennies now so tried this. It's really good for curly hair. If you let it dry naturally it really extenuates the curls and feels soft.

I like this mouse its none sticky .and holds my blow dry .very inexpensive

I'm used to thicker mousse which just requires one squirt and it sits in my hand this one I have to use 4-6 squirts because it just breaks down to a watery mess within seconds. If you've bought this I found the best way to apply is to squirt small bursts into your actual hair so you get some benefit from it but I wouldn't recommend as its false economy, I was trying to save some £ but having to use 4 to 5 times the amount it hasn't worked out but we have to try these things to find out.
