Excellent and very versatile
A really good tool to have. Though the magnifying glass is not the best. It needs to be larger and it seemed to come with dirt that I had to remove. Easily wiped though. The item has a solid base to it which keeps it level and safe.I actually use this item a lot and it's perfect for holding things in place after a glue stage has taken place or when painting something in detail. The arms can be moved around to suit any position.I use the crocodile clips to hold on to some plastic grips I have. It Gives the model height and protects any paint work or parts. Buy it as its well worth the money and it's a very versatile time.

Good, but nightmare trying to open it..
The product is good, better than a previous design, however only 4 stars given for bad packaging.. It was an absolute nightmare to open. Also gave 1 star for Rate features: "Sheerness" and Thickness, as I have no idea how that represents this product!

very useful for fishing ties and close up tool use
used every other day to tie fishing lures, very versatile and easy to use. Stands up to frequent use.

A wee bit disappointed.
I know this wasn’t too costly but the screw fittings are tough to move/control and as a result it’s difficult to fine adjust the croc clips etc. Decent lens though.

Good value, helpful tool
You've probably seen these before and they are very handy. I've used mine for various models gunpla, warhammer and armour/planes and for rhe smaller parts it is great 👍 this sellers version is nice and clear with a good weight. Only thing I'd recommend is taking the rubber from crocodile clip and creating some jaw covers as they can bite into the plastic your working with.

Top heavy but good value.
Product is used for model making, and will be used for soldering. The product is slightly top heavy and requires using with caution. It is still good value for money.

Just what I needed
I needed helping hands for a soldering some fine wires. This was exactly what I needed.I read previous reviews so double-checked the product spec and sizes before ordering - so no surprises on the size of the unit. It was ideal for my use.A solid metal base, good build quality, and a glass magnifying lens seems impressive given the price.
