I don't really like the palm-top computers (AKA 'smart'-phones) so opted for this one.Can confirm it works on both AT&T and T-Mobile networks (though it only supports one physical SIM but you can easily swap them if needed).Pretty light, buttons and labels are big enough to dial (i'm not a text person but I tried texting and it seemed to work fine).The quality of sound is good enough for me (at least it's good for calling).The screen brightness is fine with me as well.First I was concerned with the fact it's actually an Android-based system because anything generic (not hardware-specific) is draining the battery. But I'm very satisfied with the battery life in my case (again, no music/video/web/text). If you only carry the phone around to make/receive calls it's a good device (though an expensive one for the functionality supported compared to a 'smart'-phone ).I disabled Bluetooth/WiFi/data and in the standby mode the phone lasts at least a week.

For the basics of a phone, it works well. Charges quickly and has battery life of a couple of days. Calling and messaging ok. However, I was surprised that the browser is incompatible with X, formerly Twitter.

Description says. "UNLOCKED FOR AT&T TMOBILE CRICKET OR TRACPHONE". However unlock code required at log on screen. Took to ATT store, they went into my account and matched the IMEI to my current device in their system. Didn't work. Told me to call their out of store number to get it unlocked. I was unwilling to waste any more time as the phone is advertised as no unlock needed. I also put a tracfone Sim in, didn't work. Interestingly, it arrived in a box that said "Good for VERIZON Simkey" although it is advertised as not being unlocked for Verizon. A very disappointing exercise in wasting time.

The phone arrived quickly but was disappointed when it wouldn't power on at all. i suppose it's just one of those things that happen. Sometimes you get a product that doesn't work. I don't blame the seller at all, besides how was the seller to know it wouldn't work. I'm sure the seller doesn't have time to check each product. I got my refund the very next day after mailing the return package.

Just needed a basic flip phone and minimal service with unlimited phone and text, no data for $8 thru Tello. Phone gets the job done. Battery life is outstanding, sound quality is OK, camera is poor. If you want just a phone and rarely text then this is it.

My 80 year old mom likes this phone. Easy to use for her.

My mom is 97 and does not want to have to deal with a smart phone. Her last flip phone died so I found this one online that was the same model. I bought it, put in her sim card and everything worked great. Tuesday the phone heated up and stopped working. So the phone was ordered in April and has stopped working in September. NOT a great track record. I was forced to buy another one for reasons I already mentioned. Great delivery, I received it overnight, thank you Amazon, so that's something. Now that she has a functioning phone again I will be looking for a different, more reliable product.

Good as a back up phone. Limited featues. Battery drains quickly.
