Perfect for working at home

Can't cut anything small with this item. A bar in the way stops you seeing small measurements.

This is a lot to pay out for a paper cutter but due to the obvious quality of the item I took a risk.It is built to a very high standard and the three way head is very useful as paper folding and perforations are useful to me. the magnetic guide is great and the paper clamp is genius, I love the thing and it saves a lot of work. Packing was great and delivery was prompt BUT.....I am a photographer and do a lot of low key (Dark backgrounds) portraiture on glossy paper. The cutting head is great on normal paper but it's far from perfect on photo paper and leaves a fibrous line on the cut of the edge which is both distracting and irritating at this price point. So much so that I nearly sent it back until I put it next to a similar priced item that did exactly the same. So it appears that this isn't enough to spend if you want the perfect photo cut? I am fussy due to the nature of my work so for anyone not relying on perfection it is maybe just the job. It works much better with two sheets of cheap paper under it, so that is what I do. It is a shame because the thing will out live me. It really is so very well made. If the cutting strip lasted longer and the above fault didn't exist I would have given it a straight five star rating.

This is an excellent trimmer and includes scoring and perforating blades which both work extremely well. A word of caution to those who need a trimmer to trim very small things - the plastic guard is quite big and this makes it hard to get items close to the trimmer blade with accuracy. That said, I love it!!
