Do not work!!!!! The sticky part do not last long unless you put a sleeve over it.
I used it for my knee. Do not work. Refund me my money back.

The only problem is the material rolls up after lengthy application. But it stops pain. I used it on my wrist snd thumb area. It works very well on your back. Which is what it is designed for
