PE umbrella stand, white, ca. 20 ltr.

Purchased the Schnieder Sunshade Stand PE for my garden parasol after researching several products. The stand arrived promptly and well packed. It is a hollow plastic stand that has a central pole holder and a flip top opening to fill the base with sand or water. As I am unable to lift anything heavy, I placed it under the table in line with the parasol hole and filled it with water as easier to move and empty. The parasol handle fits in perfectly and so far has been very stable even when there is a slight breeze. Very pleased with this and would recommend to anyone with the proviso that folk should measure their parasol handles before ordering to ensure it will fit!

The old cast iron stand had rusted so we decided to replace it. The stand is pretty simple - basic, even - but more than adequate. It's pretty light until you fill it with water which was fairly easy but our hosepipe decided to spray all over the place so I got wet anyway! Still, it holds up a pretty heavy parasol and does the job it was bought to do.

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!Review for - Schneider Sunshade Stand PE Approx. 20 Litres...As recommended for use with - Schneider Lugano 715-02 Parasol RoundThis base is completely useless for the recommended useIt’s a very cheap thin plastic base with a very flimsy screw mechanism to hold the parasol in place, which it does not do at all!Parasol keeps falling over and when repositioned just leans to the side immediately, there is absolutely no chance that this will ever work the locking mechanism hole is far too big for the pole and constructed from such very thin plastic no way it can be securely tightened to hold in place.What an absolute waste of time and money, now I have to make arrangements to return it and waste more time to get my refundI`ll also be rerunning the - Schneider Lugano 715-02 Parasol and buying from a different manufactures who doesn’t sell cheap rubbish.

I was a little disappointed because it is heavier and more clumsy-looking than I was expecting. However, it does the job, and not bad for the price. I don't think I would really recommend it to my friends!

I bought this as a sun shade stand but also for swing ball. So far so good, no weakness yet and it has been well used. it is fabulous for either job, looks good and easy to move around holds a lot of sand and water to give a good weight very happy.

Received this stand bass in good time and it is well made and designed.big enough to support a 3m parasole it can be easily stored for the winter months and the plastic construction appears durable.Very pleased with my purchase and the delivery of this item.Would recommend!

This product is really not strong enough to support a normal size patio umbrella as not heavy enough in a mild windy condition. I have to replace with a heavy metal one instead.

I am very pleased with this item. It was extremely easy to fill with water and then set up and it fits under the patio table very nicely. It feels very sturdy and the parasol seems firm in the base.
