Buy it.
No dislikes. Quality manufacturing, powerful light beam, easy to assemble, easy to operate, I set one parameter and it was fully functional. I use it with Lightburn Software, another 5-star product.Be prepared to add an enclosure and exhaust system for safety.

Terrible assembly direction!
Missing half the steps to even put this intimidating machine together. Thanks goodness for youtube! I’ll update how machine keeps working, I’m new to it

Good laser for the price!
The media could not be loaded. I’ll start by saying I started off knowing nothing about lasers, I got the Sculpfun S30 Pro after reading a bunch of good reviews and being with in my price range and was not disappointed. I received the laser undamaged and with everything pictured in the box. Instructions were a bit confusing, but the Sculpfun company has YouTube videos on everything for their machines, from setup to cleaning and maintaining, so it took me about 45 min to set it up. I have been using this machine for the last three weeks almost everyday and have not had any issues with the laser itself, any issues I have had are all new user/ learning errors, for example, setting the correct power and speed for different types of materials. I will say that if you want to cut/engrave on bare metal, this laser will not do that. The metal will need some sort of coating ( like those paint coated bottles, or a ceramark type of paint). I do recommend this laser for beginners/hobbyists, and use google, YouTube, or the Sculpfun Facebook page to help you with the cut/engrave settings if you do end up getting this.

Absolutely FANTASTIC ! I had this out of box and set up in about 30 minutes. In my first evening I completed 9 projects that were waiting for this engraver to show up ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Not sure of this product
This product was easy to assemble and up and running in about 45 minutes. Thats when the problems started. machine would not home. after 3 days of trouble shooting turns out the X and Y were wired wrong. After fixing this issue it seems to be working but I'll update this review after i use it for a while.

Started off great.....
I recommend buying a different laser. Everything worked fine for about the first 30 to 45 days. Since that time, I've had nothing but headaches. It seems like the laser will not maintain power. I can engrave an image on a piece of wood, save the settings, and come back later to do another engraving of the same image, on the same piece of wood, and they look completely different. To add to my headaches, the control module now seems to have difficulty maintaining the machine settings. In other words, it is not maintaining the home settings, which means it can't find center settings that are based on the zero-zero home settings. When it doesn't know where it's at, the laser module literally grinds its gearing, trying to get to a spot beyond the working area.I recommend spending a bit more and buying an Xtool. I would also expect that XTool has "reliable" support.

Great when it worked; absolutely horrible customer service
So I'm fairly sure I might have just gotten a faulty machine. I had it less than three months before it just stopped working one day, midproject. I reached out to customer service and that's where the issues really began. The first thing was that I had to take the machine apart to take pictures of the motherboard. Thankfully I know how to work with machines, so I could do that, however upon asking for any documentation on how to take THIS machine apart I was informed "it has screws on the back". As someone who worked almost exclusively in tech based customer service this is absolutely awful practice from the very start.Moving forward though. Sent the motherboard pictures. Was sent a motherboard. Didn't work. Sent another follow up video and detailed information. Was asked a third time for my already provided warranty information. They wanted to laser module back, but would not provide a prepaid label because they're in China. Okay, fine, but I should send it to "the US contact" who was just some unhelpful lady who answered my call driving down the road. That's to say it was her personal phone. All of these things just made me wildly uncomfortable. My job having been this, I'm very aware of all the practice dos and don'ts. It's also worth noting that all of this took over a month- literally so few steps in over a month, with no notable resolution or even pathway to resolution. In summary: if the machine isn't faulty, it's great. Loved it more than I can explain. I would be cautious to recommend it though unless you have ways to fix yourself. I will not buy this company again as I don't feel like I can rely on consistency of product but, moreover, company. Machines break. It's natural. Getting help shouldn't be pulling teeth.
