Works really well
Works really well. Probably my only complaint is that you have to be really careful with it as it's got the consistency of water. In applying this to my brickwork with a roller, I ended up waterproofing the paving stones below in patches. On the plus side, that helps to see how well it works, as there are droplets forming when it rains rather than it soaking in, but on the downside, it doesn't took so good as you can see colour variation on the flags themselves.

Water water everywhere and not a drop gets in.
Great product and does exactly what it says it will. The only problem I found was pouring it into a paint tub as the plastic neck insert does not extend so a little spills when pouring. As I did it over a slabbed patio it didn't matter and now that is waterproofed as well. Easy to apply and goes further than I thought

Excellent waterproofer - much better than water-based products
I tried to waterproof a garage wall ,that had water penetration to such a degree that water pooled inside the garage, with a water-based water proofer but found it useless so I used this product applying it with a brush where I could reach and a garden sprayer for the higher bits and , touch wood , after the first decent rain in a week it seems to be working. The water seemed to soak into the mortar layer between the bricks with the other proofer now it just falls off and there is no evidence of any penetration through the wall. Two points I have to mention are that you need to be careful not to inhale the fumes and you need to buy twice as much as you think you'll need - I only got a coverage rate of about 2 square metres or less per litre.Update 9th March 2015 :- No penetration of water at all so it appears to be completely successful especially as we've had plenty of driving rain in the last couple of weeks to test the wall.

Sealed brick and paving.
Sealed paving ok but tended to bleach the York stone finish . This has changed the colour and left it stained almost white.

It made the job quick and easy. The can has a built in spout
Did exactly what it's supposed to do. I used a pump action pressure sprayer to apply. It made the job quick and easy. The can has a built in spout, it's a bit hard to pull out, but I managed to do it otherwise trying to fill the pressure sprayer resulted in spilling. The bricks absorbed the liquid straight away. Once dry I threw some water at the wall and it just bounced off. Very good waterproofer.

BOND IT WATERSEAL 5 LTR MASONARY LIQUID WATERPROOFER
THIS STUFF IS FANTASTIC FOR WATERPROOFING WALLS, I LIVE IN A VERY OLD COTTAGE SO IT NEEDED A REALLY GOOD WATERPROOF AND THIS STUFF HELD UP TO THE JOB IN HAND. I HAVE MORE STILL FOR OTHER JOBS SO WORKS OUT CHEAP FOR THE AMOUNT PURCHASED. QUITE WELL PACKAGED, AND POSTAGE WAS MORE THAN FAIR. DEFINITELY WOULD RECOMMEND A FRIEND.

Do not buy this product
I applied two coats of Bond It sealant Aug last year (2019) at first it appeared to work the rain water formed into beads and ran off. When raining now the water soaks straight into brickwork., In the photo you can see the brick on the right was treated with Bond It and is soaked, the brick on the left was treated with another well known sealant about six years ago and is obviously still water resistant. My recommendation is do not waste your time, effort and money by using Bond IT
