The big wheels assist the walk more, they move over gravel better, ride slightly uneven paving better so there is less jarring in the shoulders which is important if a lot of ones weight has to be supported.I can also adjust this rollator to take my 5' 7\" whereas my first one was really only suitable to 5' 5\". And that is one reason I dislike shopping on the high street because they told me in my disability shop that there wasn't a taller rollator and that one was fine for me and it wasn't and what they really meant was that was the one they stocked. Buying direct from Amazon is great and don't forget to claim back the VAT if you are registered disabled.There's a little thing to step on to tilt the rollator to get up steps and kirbs.Seems a good build and is easy to fold. The bag is held in a good position so when filled is resistant to tipping the trolley forward (which my old one was want to do).The only thing I find slightly difficult is getting into the boot of the car. It folds easy, and if one finds its centre of balance (i.e. the best place to grip) it can be swung into the boot quite easily. The difficulty for me comes with manouvering into place in my boot as the rollator has to go in on the diagonal the boot being a smidge too small.I think that's it except I could do with a couple of walking stick holders for it. This is also extremely easy to fold up when not in use or you want to put it into your car.I can easily carry a cup of tea from my kitchen to my living room by placing a cushioned tray on top of the seat and it stays very securely and doesn't slip off.I think this Nitro Rollator is superb and well worth the money as you can easily adjust the height of the handles, it is really comfortable to use and it folds up easily.
