What material do you recommend i use to put between the cigs panel and my surface to reduce heat if i want to do this?

If there is a need to reduce the heat, you can add metal or glass materials between the CIGS panel and the surface; the working temperature of CIGS is -40°C-85°C, and the temperature coefficient is: -0.38%/°C. The heat has little effect on the output of the board; there is also no need to add heat-dissipation materials.

Question 3

I know its not "ideal" as there will be losses.. but can these 200w cigs panels be connected to 200w 9bb without damaging the panels?

Accepted Answer

No, we do not recommended connecting a CIGS solar panel with a 200w 9bb mono solar panel in series or parallel.

Whether panels of different sizes can be connected together depends mainly on the voltage and current between the panels.

Solar panels in series need to have the same or similar current of solar panels;
When connected in series, the current value tends to be the minimum current of the panels; (not dangerous, but not recommended) if one panel is blocked or damaged by other objects and loses its power, then the whole circuit will be blocked. The panels in series will also be limited by the low output, so much power will be lost. 
So it is not recommended.
Solar panels in parallel need the same or similar voltage of solar panels; high voltage will backfill electricity to the low voltage, there will be a risk of burning off. It is necessary to ensure that the voltage difference does not exceed 3V. CIGS panels and Mono panels have a large voltage difference, so they cannot be connected in parallel.

What is the maximum bend diameter? Ie, how tight of a circle can these bend without damage?

Regarding your question, the maximum bend diameter of the 100W flexible board is 9.4 inches, and the maximum bend diameter of the 200W one is 11 inches.
