Body Solid Adjustable Ab Board

This is exactly the size and ‘sturdyness’ that I was looking for as I live in a single bed new build flat and so cannot really hide it, I can easily lift and wheel it to my bedroom and looks very cool. I suffer from lower back aches and find just relaxing upside down on the tallest setting helps release pressure when in pain, like when you visit a chiro. I use the bench quite regularly and my lower back has not flared up since.I found it to be a bit pricy and hoped the black contact material was more of a solid rubber sponge instead of the vinyl covering but can’t complain as it hasn’t torn or anything, regardless of how tough I use it!

After a two months of regular use by the family -Pros - sturdy and easy to adjust the height settings - easy to move around on rear wheels - good supportive foam padding - easy to assemble - solid build quality, worth the extra bucks.Negs- might be a bit small if you are around 6 ft tall and have a long torso
