Really happy with this bed. Exactly as shown. Simple instructions and so easy to put together. Very sturdy. It looks great and excellent value for money too!

Really nice looking sturdy wooden bed
Bought this with the two bedside cabinet drawers. Flat packed, takes about an hour to assemble but pictures are clear if you just use your common sense. Really needs 2 to assemble easily. There are wooden cross slats for base and 2 central support legs so the whole thing is very sturdy and looks really good with the cabinets either side. Excellent value for money and nice wood- doesn’t look cheap. Well worth the money and I would buy again. Both products arrived quickly and were carried to front door. We have a long drive.

Got it delivered today and when I opened the packaging I thought oh no because me and DIY don't get on very well... but calmed myself down took my time... and it did take me 3hours... but like I said me and DIY don't get on... anyway put it together and I am quite impressed... really good... so jobs a good one

Dont buy this bed
Do not buy this bed . Extremly poor quality and not fit for purpose at all . I have built half the bed and decieded not to go any further do to how weak the whole bed is as a whole . Now we are having to buy a new bed . Please do not buy this bed you will be very dissapointed .

did it really say 1 hour to assemble
what i experience this was firstly it came with 2 sets of instructions and 2 packs of screws/dowels etc to assemble the bed. what could go wrong?the instructions were set out differently and we had to make sure the pack of screws we were using matched the instructions.next came the fun of starting, everything was going well, we got the dowels in the correct place even glued them in as per the instruction, even found we had to mix and match the dowels from each pack to fit the holes in the headboard. all was going great we were taking our time to ensure no mistakes, then came to attached the headboard to the legs/frame, only to find what we only could describe as someone at the factory taking the mick, the dowels which at this point were glued in place didn't fit the holes on the legs, no matter how we looked at it read both sets of instructions they just wasn't going to fit, because the factory had drilled the holes in the wrong place, at this point i thought i'm on candid camera and this is going out live somewhere, then i remembered back when i was younger and bought furniture from MFI or as i classed it made for idiots, we decided the only option was to take out/ripped them out of the glued up hole and carry on.Building the bed carried on and eventually we had a bed frame, after 4 hours i could see the bed taking shape.Last job was to screw the slats in place. Both of us armed with a screw driver we tackled both side at once, then the next bit of fun came the slats weren't exactly the right size the pre-drilled holes in the slats didn't match up so one side could be screwed in place the opposite side had to be bodged in the good old style of MFI.if you are considering buying this bed please give yourself at least 6 hours to build up and plenty of cups of tea/coffee, and if doing it with a partner book counselling sessions for after, you will need them
