HP 932 Printhead works
Item is a pictured and functions, so I am satisfied, right now. Opened the printer, took out the old print head and installed the new one. Reset the printer, placed the cartridges, did an alignment, made copies, printed from mobile phone and computer, and had a fax sent successfully, to mine.Definitely more economic then having to replace it with a new printer.

HP Printer stopped working. Print head resolved ability to print documents. Didnt have to buy a new printer. New printers are cheaply made and expensive.

Will not work with HP 7612 printer
I installed this print head immediately after receipt and the HP 7612 printer pretended to recognize it. I was using genuine HP cartridges and nothing else was replaced or changed on this printer. But the printer will not print test pages or anything at all. After updating the firmware and using the latest HP diagnostic software, NOW the printer declares "There is a problem with the printer or ink system". I removed this new (or rebuilt?) printhead and NO INK is flowing to it. The printer will not allow it. Warning to those hoping to use this: HP and its' software will NOT USE non-HP printheads. These should NOT be sold as if they will work with a 7612.
