Good Alternative but with Some Minor Minor Drawbacks
I recently purchased the RASTP PC USB Simulator Shifter, and my initial impressions are quite positive. The shifter seems to be well made, though only time will tell how well the internals hold up.I'm using this shifter on a PC with Windows 11, running iRacing. It works straight out of the box with no setup issues, which is a big plus.One minor drawback is the USB cable length. It could use a bit more length, as it's pulled tight when mounted in my preferred position. Additionally, the sequential shifter adapter feels a little clunky. I would prefer a top plate that can be easily switched out for better versatility.Overall, it appears to be a nice, budget-friendly alternative to the more expensive units. If you're looking for a cost-effective solution, the RASTP PC USB Simulator Shifter is worth considering.

1st gear broke
The media could not be loaded. Had it less then 2 weeks first gear is gone

Lasted 2 months
Worked for 2 months but now has this error "unknown usb device descriptor request failed" even despite trying different computers.

Better than expected!
After going back and forth on spending $200+ on a shifter, or going with this one. I ended up picking this, and must say I am happy that I did. Shifter knob feels great, longer throws and clunk add to realism, still works great after 2 months. Some reviews mention repeated shifts marring up the black paint, I solved this with one or 2 wraps of electric tape where the shifter makes contact with the box.Bottom line, save your hard earned money and give a fraction of the price to a company that makes affordable good quality gear.
